This Supplier Code of conduct outlines the behaviors expected of Heathgate’s suppliers in conducting business in an ethical and legally compliant manner, in Suppliers dealings with Heathgate and with their own suppliers.

Heathgate is committed to business relationships that respect the human rights of all people and expects the same commitment from all its suppliers.
Heathgate’s approach to the eradication of Modern Slavery, is outlined in its Modern Slavery Policy and Modern Slavery Statement available at www.heathgate.com.au
Heathgate does not tolerate any incidence of forced labour, child labour, bonded labour or human trafficking in our operations or supply chain.
All Heathgate suppliers are expected to take reasonable steps to identify, prevent and manage human rights impacts in your operations, and supply chain and report any incidents to Heathgate.

Heathgate Resources Pty Ltd (Heathgate) is committed to the highest moral, legal and ethical standards, and complying with all relevant laws in the conduct of its business. Heathgate also recognises its civic responsibility to conduct its business in a responsible and ethical manner.
Heathgate prohibits bribery and corruption in any form, whether direct or indirect, anywhere in the world. Suppliers must comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.

Heathgate expects all our suppliers to treat everyone with respect and without discrimination, and to take any reasonable action to prevent and stop discrimination, bullying and harassment within suppliers operations and supply chains.

Heathgate requires suppliers to avoid all conflicts of interest that may arise in the performance of work for us and in your related business decisions.
